We collect information you provide directly, such as beta access requests, support messages, feedback, account profile details, and contact information.

When you sign in or link accounts, we process authentication identifiers, Clerk account details, SteamID64 identifiers, Steam OpenID callback details, and related account-linking metadata.

When you use the product, we process Dota 2 match identifiers, recent-match rows, replay metadata, player-slot details, linked Steam match history, chat messages, prompts, generated replies, post-match reports, entitlement and credit records, product usage events, device data, logs, IP address, user-agent, browser language, and similar operational metadata.

We use information to provide, secure, debug, and improve FOGSIGHT.gg, including account access, Steam linking, live coaching, post-match analysis, beta operations, support, abuse prevention, product analytics, billing operations for paid features, and service communications.

We use Dota 2 match data, chat messages, and prompts to generate coaching responses, create post-match analysis, maintain product state, troubleshoot model behavior, and improve product quality.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand usage, reliability, and feature performance without identifying individual users.

FOGSIGHT.gg is in beta. All offerings, features, access levels, credits, pricing, promotions, integrations, limits, support channels, and availability are subject to change, suspension, or discontinuation at any time without notice during the beta.

As the beta changes, the information needed to operate a feature may also change within the categories described in this Privacy Policy. If our privacy practices materially change, we will update this page.

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for sign-in, session security, Steam-linking callbacks, product preferences, analytics, beta operations, and fraud or abuse prevention.

Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies, but some account and product features may not work correctly without them.

We share information with service providers that help us run FOGSIGHT.gg, including hosting, authentication, database, analytics, observability, customer support, email, security, payment, and AI/model providers.

We send relevant account, Steam, match, replay, prompt, and usage information to third-party services when needed to provide a feature, such as Steam account linking, public match and replay data, model-generated coaching and analysis, payment processing, or operational debugging.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect FOGSIGHT.gg, users, or others, to enforce our terms, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

FOGSIGHT.gg uses third-party services such as Clerk, Steam, STRATZ, OpenDota, cloud infrastructure, observability tools, and AI/model providers. Those services may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Dota 2 match, player, and replay data may come from Steam, STRATZ, OpenDota fallback paths, or public match data. Availability and accuracy of that data can vary.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information handled by FOGSIGHT.gg. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide and improve the service, operate the beta, maintain account and entitlement records, preserve security and audit logs, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse.

Phoenix traces, generated reports, chat history, support records, billing records, and operational logs may have different retention periods based on product, debugging, legal, or security needs.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of account information by emailing hello@fogsight.gg. We may need to verify your identity and may retain certain records where required or permitted by law, security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, or backup obligations.

You can ask us to review linked Steam account data associated with your FOGSIGHT.gg account. Some product features require a linked Steam identity or Dota match data and may stop working if that data is unavailable.

You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the instructions in those messages or by emailing hello@fogsight.gg.

FOGSIGHT.gg is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, email hello@fogsight.gg so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

If you access the service from outside the United States, you understand that information may be processed in countries where we and our service providers operate.
