Terms of Service

By creating an account, purchasing Fogsight Plus, or accessing or using FOGSIGHT.gg, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use FOGSIGHT.gg. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms for you and is responsible for your use of the service. You must also meet the eligibility requirements of Steam, Valve, and any other platform you use with FOGSIGHT.gg.

A Fogsight Plus subscription must be purchased by an adult who is legally authorized to enter into the recurring payment agreement.

If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

FOGSIGHT.gg provides replay-backed Dota 2 match analysis, including Lane Reports and Full Match Reports, account features, public report-sharing tools, and related beta services.

FOGSIGHT.gg is an evolving beta service. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue free features, integrations, limits, promotions, and availability. We will not retroactively reduce report allowances already funded for a paid service period. Material changes to the price, renewal terms, or included allowances of an automatically renewing plan will apply only to a future renewal after reasonable advance notice and any notice required by law.

The service is informational and educational. It does not play Dota 2 for you, automate gameplay, read game memory, or guarantee rank improvement, matchmaking results, replay availability, report completion time, or any particular gameplay outcome.

You are responsible for your account, credentials, linked Steam identity, and activity through your account. Provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current.

Steam linking is separate from your FOGSIGHT.gg account. Moving or relinking a Steam identity does not move reports, subscriptions, allowances, or other account records unless we expressly provide such a transfer.

Notify hello@fogsight.gg if you suspect unauthorized account use.

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer non-public systems except where law permits it, scrape or overload the service, submit harmful content, bypass authentication, payment, allowance, rate-limit, or abuse controls, or use FOGSIGHT.gg in a way that violates law or third-party rights.

You are responsible for using FOGSIGHT.gg consistently with applicable game, platform, tournament, team, and community rules. You may not sell or transfer account access or report allowances.

You retain any rights you hold in messages, feedback, and other content you submit. You grant FOGSIGHT.gg a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, modify, and display that content as reasonably needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

Do not submit content you lack the right to use or content that violates law or another person's rights. If you send feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or compensation.

FOGSIGHT.gg uses automated systems and third-party AI providers to generate reports. Reports may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, non-unique, or based on incomplete public or replay data. Review a report before relying on it.

FOGSIGHT.gg does not transfer ownership of a generated report or of underlying Dota 2, Valve, Steam, public match, replay, or other third-party materials. To the extent we own or control rights in a report generated for you or your account, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, adapt, display, publish, distribute, share, sublicense, commercialize, and create derivative works from that report for any lawful personal or commercial purpose.

That license does not grant rights in Valve or Dota 2 names, logos, game assets, public match data, or other third-party intellectual property. Similar or identical AI output may be generated for other users. FOGSIGHT.gg is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation.

Fogsight Plus v1 costs $8.99 USD for each monthly billing period and automatically renews each month until canceled.

Each successfully paid and validated service period provides 20 Lane Report allowances and 5 Full Match Report allowances for use during that service period. The two allowance types are separate. Unused allowances expire at the end of the paid service period and do not roll over. Allowances have no cash value and may not be sold, assigned, transferred, exchanged between report types, or redeemed for cash.

Paid allowances are separate from free-report limits, but all accepted reports remain subject to shared service capacity, account and abuse controls, provider availability, and operational limits. Fogsight Plus does not guarantee a report-completion time.

Stripe processes subscription payments. By starting Fogsight Plus, you authorize Stripe and its payment partners to charge your selected payment method $8.99 USD each month until cancellation, together with any applicable taxes disclosed at Checkout.

Stripe collects payment and billing details under its terms and privacy policy. FOGSIGHT.gg does not receive your full payment-card number, but it receives billing contact, transaction, subscription, invoice, refund, dispute, and fraud-related records.

We may temporarily reserve an allowance while a requested report is processing. A completed report uses the applicable allowance. A failed or timed-out report does not use the allowance; we release the reservation or, when the original paid period has ended, may provide a replacement limited to that failed job. Releasing an allowance or providing a replacement is not a cash refund.

You can manage or cancel Fogsight Plus through the Stripe Customer Portal linked from your FOGSIGHT.gg account. If you cannot access the Portal, email hello@fogsight.gg for help. Cancel before your next renewal to avoid the next charge.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not shorten a service period that has already been paid for. You may continue using that period's remaining allowances until its stored end date. A failed or unpaid renewal does not create a new paid service period or new allowances.

Reports already completed for your account remain readable after subscription cancellation, subject to your account status and the retention and deletion practices described in the Privacy Policy. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate requests.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed by FOGSIGHT.gg, subscription charges are non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds or cash credits for partial service periods or unused allowances. This does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

If a payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, or associated with fraud or abuse, we may review and adjust related unused paid benefits, restrict paid features, suspend the account, or require payment before further paid use, subject to applicable law. A refund or dispute does not automatically erase a report that was already completed.

Free reports, promotional allowances, account benefits, and other free access have no cash value and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash. We may modify or discontinue future free or promotional benefits. Such a change does not retroactively reduce a funded paid-period allowance.

If you create a public report link, anyone who obtains the link can view the associated sanitized, frozen report snapshot without signing in. A shared snapshot may include match ID, player slot, hero, gameplay events, analysis, and other information that can be associated with public Dota 2 match records. Sanitized does not mean anonymous.

Public links may have no automatic expiration and may remain accessible until they expire, are replaced, are revoked, or are removed under our retention practices. Do not create or distribute a public link if you do not want the snapshot to be publicly accessible. We cannot control copies made by someone who accessed a public link.

FOGSIGHT.gg relies on third-party services for authentication, infrastructure, payments, analytics, abuse prevention, public match and replay information, and AI-generated analysis. Their availability, terms, and practices may affect the service.

Dota, Dota 2, Steam, Valve, and related marks and materials belong to their respective owners.

FOGSIGHT.gg software, interfaces, branding, report structure, workflows, documentation, and other non-user content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law.

These terms do not grant rights to use FOGSIGHT.gg names, logos, source code, or non-public systems except as needed to use the service in accordance with these terms.

The service is provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FOGSIGHT.gg will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits or data; loss of gameplay opportunities; or reliance on an inaccurate report. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to prevent misuse, security risk, fraud, legal violations, harm to users, or disruption of the service. We may terminate an account for a material or repeated violation of these terms.

You may stop using the service at any time. If FOGSIGHT.gg discontinues Fogsight Plus during a funded period, we will preserve the funded benefits through the period end where practical or provide any remedy required by law. Provisions concerning report licenses, ownership, public shares, payment records, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive where their nature requires it.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The updated date will appear at the top. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes to price, automatic-renewal terms, or included paid allowances before they apply to a future renewal, together with any notice required by law.
