Terms of Service

By accessing or using FOGSIGHT.gg, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

FOGSIGHT.gg provides Dota 2 match review, live coaching, replay-backed analysis, account features, and related beta tools.

FOGSIGHT.gg is in beta. All offerings, features, access levels, credits, pricing, promotions, integrations, limits, support channels, and availability are subject to change, suspension, or discontinuation at any time without notice during the beta.

The service is provided for informational and educational purposes. It does not play the game for you, automate gameplay, read game memory, or guarantee matchmaking results.

You are responsible for your account, credentials, linked Steam identity, and activity that occurs through your account.

We may approve, deny, suspend, or revoke beta access to protect users, operate the product, comply with law, or manage limited availability.

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer non-public systems, scrape or overload the service, submit harmful content, bypass entitlement or credit controls, or use FOGSIGHT.gg in a way that violates law or third-party rights.

You are responsible for using FOGSIGHT.gg in a manner consistent with applicable game, platform, tournament, team, and community rules.

You retain ownership of messages, files, feedback, and other content you submit, subject to the rights needed for us to provide, secure, operate, analyze, and improve the service.

You grant FOGSIGHT.gg a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, display, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works from your submitted content as needed to operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.

If you send feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.

FOGSIGHT.gg uses automated systems and third-party model providers to generate coaching and analysis. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or based on partial match data.

You are responsible for your gameplay decisions and for reviewing any output before relying on it. FOGSIGHT.gg does not guarantee rank improvement, match outcomes, replay availability, data accuracy, or uninterrupted access to third-party Dota data.

FOGSIGHT.gg currently sells one credit type, Clarity Charges, for generated post-match analysis. The available Stripe credit packs are: Starter pack, 5 Clarity Charges for $3.50 USD; Core pack, 10 Clarity Charges for $6.00 USD; and Plus pack, 25 Clarity Charges for $12.00 USD.

Clarity Charge packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Buying a pack does not create a recurring charge. Prices, pack names, quantities, promotions, taxes, payment methods, and availability may change before future purchases.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By buying a pack, you authorize Stripe and its payment partners to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout. Stripe may process your payment information under its own terms and privacy policy, and FOGSIGHT.gg does not receive your full card number.

After a payment is completed and validated, the purchased Clarity Charges are added to the FOGSIGHT.gg account used at checkout.

Unless a promotional or free-report benefit applies, one Clarity Charge is required for each generated post-match analysis. A charge may be reserved while the analysis is processing and is consumed when the requested report is completed.

If a FOGSIGHT.gg system failure, timeout, or unavailable replay data prevents a reserved analysis from producing a usable report, we may return the reserved charge to your account balance. Returning a charge to your account is not a cash refund.

Except where required by law or expressly agreed by FOGSIGHT.gg, Clarity Charge purchases are final and non-refundable once completed.

If a payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, or suspected of fraud or abuse, we may remove the related Clarity Charges, suspend paid features, restrict account access, or require repayment before further use.

Used Clarity Charges, generated reports, promotional credits, free-report benefits, and beta access generally are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

Clarity Charges, founder beta benefits, invite benefits, Steam first-report bonuses, promotional credits, and free access have no cash value, are not stored-value products, and cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, or redeemed outside FOGSIGHT.gg.

We may modify, pause, revoke, or discontinue promotions, free benefits, future packs, pricing, credit grants, and usage rules during the beta. Existing balances remain subject to these terms, account status, and applicable law.

FOGSIGHT.gg may integrate with authentication, hosting, analytics, payment, communication, and game-data providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

FOGSIGHT.gg is not affiliated with Valve Corporation. Dota 2 and related marks are property of their respective owners.

FOGSIGHT.gg, including its software, designs, workflows, models of operation, documentation, branding, and non-user content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These terms do not grant you rights to use FOGSIGHT.gg names, logos, code, or non-public systems except as needed to access the service as permitted by these terms.

The service is provided as-is and as-available during beta. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FOGSIGHT.gg will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or gameplay outcomes.

We may suspend or terminate access to FOGSIGHT.gg if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for the service or other users, used the beta in a harmful way, or if continued access is not practical during the beta.

You may stop using the service at any time. Certain provisions, including ownership, feedback, disclaimers, liability limits, and terms needed to resolve disputes, survive termination.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of the service after revised terms are posted means you accept the revised terms.
